The Headlands Birding Festival is headquartered at Headlands Dunes State Nature Preserve in Mentor. Registration check-in, festival booths, vendors, and food trucks are all located within the parking area of the nature preserve. While most programs meet at the nature preserve, there are several off-site programs at nearby parks. Please check the schedule for specific program locations.

The Friday Keynote Address and social hour is hosted at Springbrook Gardens Park in Mentor. These events are held inside the Springbrook Gardenhouse.
