Description

Slow down and enjoy the morning by learning nature journaling. Nature journaling can be an excellent way to practice making meaningful observations through deepening your connection with nature. Join Renell Roebuck and Josh Sebrasky as they lead you in the practice of nature journaling at Hidden Lake Park. Hidden Lake has multiple different habitats to enjoy, like a pond, wetlands, forest, and fields.

Directions

Arrive at the northern parking lot for Hidden Lake Park at 6850 Kniffen Road. Leroy Twp., OH 44077 at 9 am. Bring a chair, a comfortable pair of walking shoes, bug spray, and any art materials you would like to bring with you. The terrain is predominantly flat with some hills around the back of the lake. The surface of the trails is gravel and natural surface. Flush restrooms are available at the southern entrance of the park. A pit toilet is available at the north entrance.
